Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on soap for reasons of hygiene and safety.  Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Email us at anat@anatsoap.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
